Beliefs

Helping an organisation to improve its performance only happens through working with people.

‘Systems don’t make changes, people do’.

To know that you have improved performance, you need to have quantitative and qualitative measures of what was happening before an intervention and what was happening after an intervention.

‘If you’re not keeping score, it’s just practice’.

To maintain improvement people need systems that support and reinforce positive behaviors.

‘Put a good person in a bad system and the system wins every time, so change the system’.

Whatever sector you work in, to work together successfully you need a good working relationship. To define, implement and embed change, the working relationship needs to be much stronger, allowing for honest, non-threatening, agreement on how to move forward.

Your approach to others is marked by respect, understanding and open and honest working relationships.
